First of all, check if you have all the necessary ingredients for this recipe
600 gr lamb chops
For the lamb chops marinade
4 tablespoons Date Crown Cardamom Flavor Date Syrup
1 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
4 tablespoons olive oil
4 garlic cloves, grated
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon coriander
1 teaspoon cumin
1 teaspoon salt
For the date sauce
4 tablespoons Date Crown Date Syrup
4 tablespoons olive oil
4 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
salt and peper to taste
For serving
Basmati rice
2 tablespoons sesame seeds
2 tablespoons parsley, chopped
Instructions
1. In a large bowl, whisk together the date syrup, balsamic vinegar, olive oil, garlic, cinnamon, ginger, coriander, cumin, salt and pepper.
2. Add the lamb chops to the bowl, mix to combine and set aside to allow the lamb chops to marinate for 10 minutes.
3. In a medium bowl, mix together the date syrup, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, sesame seeds, salt and pepper. Set the date sauce aside.
4. Place a skillet over medium heat. Add the lamb chops and cook for 3 to 5 minutes per side.
5. Serve the lamb chops over a bed of basmati rice. Generously drizzle the lamb chops with the date sauce and sprinkle with the sesame seeds and parsley. Serve immediately.
