First of all, check if you have all the necessary ingredients for this recipe
For the ice cream
3 tablespoons Date
Crown Date Syrup
10 Date Crown Fard Dates
300ml milk
200ml heavy cream
8 cardamom pods, crushed
50g raw pistachios, chopped
50g raw almonds, chopped
For decoration
Date Crown Date Syrup
5 Date Crown Fard Dates, chopped
Digestive cookies, crushed
Chopped raw pistachios
Instructions
1. Place a pot over medium heat. Add the milk, heavy cream, cardamom pods, and Date Crown Date Syrup. Mix to combine, then bring the mixture to a boil. Cook until half of the milk mixture evaporates, then remove from the heat.
2. Strain the milk mixture using a strainer, then place it in a large bowl.
3. Add the chopped Date Crown Fard Dates, pistachios, and almonds, then mix to combine.
4. Pour the ice cream mixture into round silicone molds with a 6cm diameter. Freeze for at least 6 hours.
5. Decorate the serving plates with a drizzle of the Date Crown Date Syrup, then add 2 tablespoons of the crushed digestive cookies on each plate.
6. Unmold the ice cream and place it on top of the cookies. Decorate with the chopped Date Crown Fard dates and pistachios, then serve immediately.
