- 4 tablespoons Date Crown Cardamom Date Syrup
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 2 peppercorns
- 2 cloves
- 4 cardamom pods
- 500ml hot boiling water
- 3cm fresh ginger knob, sliced
- 1 tablespoon black tea
- 240ml hot boiled milk
- Whipped cream for decoration
- 1- In a pan, over medium heat, toast for 3 minutes the whole spices.
- 2- Place the spices in a saucepan. Add the hot boiling water and the ginger; then cook for 5 minutes.Turn off the heat.
- 3- Add the tea to the sauce pan and let steep for 5 minutes.
- 4- Strain the tea and spices into another pot.
- 5- Add the hot boiled milk and Date Crown Cardamom Date Syrup, then mix to combine.
- 6- Serve hot in cups topped with whipped cream and a drizzle of Date Crown Cardamom Date Syrup.
